Every day I sit and read my daily blogs after school, and today was the first day I realized how much this helps me unwind. After stressful days at school with everyone else's children, and my four wonderful kids.....a messy house....what to cook for dinner....laundry....and everything else a mother does, reading blogs helps me realize...I am not alone. All these other women have the same daily lives as me. Some choose to only blog about the "good times", and others, like Sara, have to tell their life story! I love this because, now I know that I'm not alone when I have a bad day, or I want to cry because my four year old is driving me nuts, or my sons are almost in high school, or my husband can't find his socks...you get the point. Most who read this are from school or church and know me pretty well. But others may read this and laugh, or cry, and it may make a difference in their life and I'm just not aware of it. So, bottom line, what we do and say effects others in all ways, even the ones we aren't aware of.....so keep blogging and facebooking....you all brighten my day!
I think I need some girl time! Thanks Sara for the lovely blog today, and I am glad we are friends too!

Somethings fishy...
Just look at these fish! Raymond has been off all week and enjoying his favorite activities...hunting turkey and fishing! This fish was a Kentucky Bass, and is going on the wall compliments of Bass Pro Shops in Springfield,Mo. I'm a bad wife because I forgot how much it weighed...but it must be impressive because Bass Pro wants the mold to make fish for their stores...and for us that means they mount it for free!!!! Just a pretty cool deal and thought you all might want to know I have a pretty happy husband right now...maybe I should ask for the new cricut while he's in this great mood! :)

Maddy's first time to color eggs. She had fun picking the colors and dipping the eggs. The boys decided they wanted to color eggs too. Their eggs are cooking. I guess they're NOT too big...yet. Nothing else much going on. Had the church's egg hunt this morning...will post those later. Turned out great! Lots of people and kids! Happy Easter!

My little TuTu....
What a fun day! ALL the boys went to Oakland for the day, and it was a mommy and Maddy day. We don't get many days like this so we relaxed and shopped. Most of the morning was spent on laundry and cleaning....and watching Hallmark movies, (thanks Sara- they were great!) then we got groceries, and played outside. I made her a pink and green tutu. My friend at school made one for her little girl and Maddy needed one too. Once I got it done, she wouldn't take it off. She is such a little ham. Watch me twirl mom, tada! She has so much personality....too bad it's mostly mine!
