PS3

The long awaited Playstation 3......Cameron and Dakota have saved their own money since last year to get this....
And from now on this is all I'll see. At least Raymond and I get to watch Blueray movies on it! Boys and their toys!

Spring Break!

Thses are great shots of Madelyn. If you know her, she rarely sits still. I have learned that bribery works well. We are currently on Spring Break, now that's great news! We don't get as many days as other schools did, but, we'll get out earlier!;) It's almost 9:00 and I'm still in jammies. Not much planned for these days, just relaxing and housework. The boys have finally earned enough money for a PS3.... so a trip to Walmart is in store for us today. I'm proud of them, since before Christmas they have been saving. And the day has finally come....I just can't believe they actually want to spend THEIR money on a game system. Mom's money is different. Now if I had an extra 500.00....I'd be looking at really cool scrappin' stuff! Because you can never have enough stuff! Have a great week!

Happy Birthday to the most beautiful little girl!

Lovin' the kitty!

What a cute little sweetheart....
So, Maddy turned 4 today! Hard to believe. She is so full of spunk and life, she truly is a blessing from God. All my life I wanted a little girl. When I received not one, but three little boys...I was beginning to wonder what God had in store for me...then I met Raymond. My wonderful husband. I knew one day, we'd have a beautiful little girl. She is the perfect blend of us....and she is smart like her mommy, and has the temper of her daddy. Happy Birthday little cutie pie! I love you all over the place.

These are some scrap pages I did a while back. Last year we went to Corpus Christie, Tx. and had a great visit with my mom and stepdad. I just love the top picture of Maddy and Alston walking on the beach. So sweet! Everyday when we woke up, the first thing Maddy would say is..."bubba, take me for a walk" and usually Cameron or Alston would go with her. We camped right on the beach, it was so much fun! Can't wait till next year....Raymond says we're going back! And that's a first....I guess he liked the fishing. I'm getting in the mood to scrap again. I need to print off pictures and I'll be set. This is what scrapbooking is all about...memories....family....good times....and I'm so glad I get to capture these moments and not just put them in an album, I get to personalize each and every memory to my liking. With my own personality. That is why I like scrapbooking so much (and to be with my wonderful friends too!). Hope to see you girls soon! And Sara, I'm not wearing any socks.......

It's Finally Friday....

and boy am I glad! What a long week it has been. I went to the chiropractor twice this week and I am finally feeling better. She said I have torn ligaments in my neck and my hip something another is messed up. But she said she could fix me...so that's good news! I go again on Monday.
Maddy has been so sick lately. She's been up at night coughing her little head off. She's also had fever and that's never fun. Poor thing, she just wants to lie around and do nothing, which is not like my Maddy girl. She's usually a bubbly little mess. I have no big plans for this weekend. I wish I did...my husband and I were supposed to go to Springfield, but no....stupid trees fell on the fences, and of course, those are more important! So, no Hobby Lobby for me this weekend. Or Target, or Starbucks....I guess I'll go to Walmart and get groceries instead! I'll get some pics ready to post too. Have a wonderful weekend!

Rambling...

Funny how when I started this blog, I thought I'd have a lot to say...but here lately nothing much is going on. I'm glad spring is on the way, but I have to admit, with allergies, spring is hard to deal with. I don't like storms, and that is what this season tends to bring. Maddy is having her birthday soon, I can't believe it. She wants a princess party. Everything is princess and pink.
I'm glad we still get some spring break. We all need a break. This time of the year is hard for kids and teachers to concentrate. Everyone is wanting to be outside....
I need to fix up my flowerbeds. I used to love to work in the yard, but these last few years, I'm just not in the mood. Well for having nothing to say, I rambled enough....

Better...

Well, I'm feeling better. Not quite so sore anymore. So happy to have so many friends who were worried about Tana and me.

Now on to scrapbooking... This friday is our scrappin' day at church. I'm usually excited, but I have no idea what to do! I need to get some pics printed to inspire me. I'm needing a trip to Springfield and Ozark for some new supplies too! Just haven't been in the mood much....

Sara will be having a fit if I don't go, so maybe I'll just take some magazines or something small to work on. Not too much new going on, Cameron and Alston are starting track next week. This will be their first year, but they have run races before. I can't believe how much they are growing up. They will be 15 this year! WOW! Soon they will be getting their permits to drive. That should be interesting.... Dakota is doing well in school. He was able to qualify through a school program to take his SAT test. He scored a 14. I guess pretty good for a 7th grader! Maddy is so rotten it isn't even funny! She is so hilarious. Even her teachers at school think she is a mess. O-my, we have our hands full with her. Have a wonderful week.....enjoy the weather!

Bad News....

So, I survived this! Today is the first time I got to see the pictures from the wreck. It actually doesn't look as bad as I thought it was. In the dark, things looked real bad. I thought the roof caved in more because it wasn't easy getting out. I'm just so thankful Tana or I wasn't hurt. It truly is a miracle. We hit ice and went off the road and flipped 2-3 times down a steep enbankment. So scary! I really thought as we were going into the trees, this is it....but apparently God has greater plans for Tana and I(thank goodness!). We are both good, just have horrible memories and we are really sore. Till next time.....
